What's your turnaround time?
The majority of our products dispatch within 2-3 days from order placement. Some items like Invoice/Quote Books, Banners, prints with special finishes can take a little longer in production. Time in transit can depend on your location. Please speak with us if you have a strict deadline, we will work with you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all product prices. Delivery location must be a physical address no PO Boxes. Delivery is to 1 Point only. Multiple Delivery Points or Split Deliveries can be organised, please contact us for details.
How do I order?
Via our online shop or email us directly. If you require Graphic Design or set up of a file, let us know & we will get that process started. Once you have placed a order and sent us the artwork, if your file is right to commence print production, you will receive a email with a soft proof that requires your approval. Upon approval and confirmation of payment, production of order will then commence.
Can I arrange pickup of my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer urgent next day pickup service. Our prices include delivery Australia wide and most metro orders are delivered next day.
Locals with design or print requirements can arrange visit upon request.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer (ETF), Credit Card / PayPal and Bitcoin (BTC) and ETH (Cryptocurrency) payments. After you place your order, you will be an emailed an invoice. Payment is required before commencement of work.
Can I order a larger quantity or an item not listed on your website?
Yes, fill out the online form to submit a request for the quantity or item you require.
How do I upload my Artwork?
Via send files form or email us. If you require Graphic Design or set up of a file , let us know & we will get that process started. If your file is right to commence print production you will get a confirmation email with a proof that will need to be approved with confirmation of payment before order is processed.
Do your prices include GST?
Our shop prices exclude GST. GST is added when placing the order.
